We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
Eligible Items
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Because these are pet hygiene products, used or washed diapers cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
How to Start a Return
Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or pattern, contact us and we will help arrange an exchange when available.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
